4. Apple Health and Google Fit Data With your permission, the App may connect to your Apple Health or Google Fit account to access your health data stored in these services. This may include information about your activities, heart rate, calories burned, sleep patterns, and other health-related data. You may revoke the App’s access to your Apple Health or Google Fit data at any time through your device settings.

How We Use Your Information
